When you request service or a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address or city, equipment or service selection, request type and any additional details you choose to provide. Please do not include payment card information or other sensitive information in the form.

We use these details to respond to you, discuss your needs, prepare a quote and arrange service. Submitting the form allows us to contact you about that request; it does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter. You do not need a customer account to use this website.

Employment applications

If you apply by email, we receive your email address, résumé and any other information you choose to send. We use this information to review and respond to your employment application and communicate with you about recruitment. Applications are handled through our email service. You can contact us with questions about access, correction or retention of your application information.

Calculators and photo previews

The heat pump and savings calculators use the information you enter to calculate estimates in your browser. These tools do not send your inputs or results to our team. If you want us to review an estimate, you can choose to share the details when contacting us.

The heat pump photo preview uses a photo you select or your camera after you grant permission. Images stay in your browser and are not uploaded to us by this tool. You can stop the camera or close the page at any time, and manage camera permission in your browser settings.

Website operation and cookies

Our website hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and requested pages to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and protect it from misuse.

On our main production domain, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement only after you accept optional tracking. These services help measure visits, successfully delivered booking requests and clicks on our telephone links. A phone click does not confirm a completed call. Google may process technical information, cookie identifiers and advertising click information. We do not include your name, email address, phone number, service address or message in the tracking events we send. We do not enable advertising personalization through this consent choice.

You can accept or decline optional tracking and reopen Cookie choices at the bottom of any page. Declining does not prevent booking or using our calculators. Your preference is stored in this browser. The preview website does not send measurement events to Google. Hosting providers may use necessary security cookies. Previously stored cookies can also be managed through your browser settings.

Who handles your information

Booking requests are passed through our website hosting and notification services and delivered to our team by email. These service providers process the information needed to deliver and support your request. Information may be processed or stored outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those locations.

We may also disclose information with your consent, where required by law, or where permitted by law to protect rights, safety or the security of our services.

Keeping and protecting information

We retain personal information for as long as needed to handle your request, provide services and meet applicable legal, accounting and recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
